What are your signature dishes?
Guests love our seafood platters (Antipasta Ardèn and the mixed crudo platters), grilled sea bass, seafood linguine and seafood risotto, and our Neapolitan pizzas, especially Pizza Ardèn and the seafood pizza.
How much does a meal at Ardèn cost?
Pizzas cost 500–1,400 Lek, pasta and risotto 700–950 Lek, and grilled fish mains 1,200–1,600 Lek. Seafood platters for two start at 2,500 Lek. Fish of the day is priced per kilogram.
How do you make sure the seafood is fresh?
We buy our seafood daily from trusted local suppliers. Our fish of the day depends on the morning's catch and is priced by weight.

Yes. Every dish is cooked to order from fresh, high-quality ingredients, from our salads and pasta to our pizza dough and sauces.
